Ingredients (Serves 4)
Boiled fresh chickpeas 400 g
Salt 3 g
Extra virgin olive oil 15 g
Rice flour 1 tablespoon
Montosco paprika 5 g
Rosemary 2 sprigs
Method
Pat the chickpeas dry thoroughly and place them in a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Brush a baking tray with the olive oil and spread it evenly using a brush, then distribute the chickpeas making sure they don’t overlap.
Bake in a fan oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
